Alina Gounina

With over a decade of experience supporting C-suite leaders and founders in high-growth investment and legal environments, I specialise in turning complexity into clarity. My career has been shaped by working at the intersection of executive support, operations, and stakeholder management, helping leaders stay focused on what matters most while ensuring the business runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Prior to joining Moonfire, I worked within a VC environment supporting senior leadership at the highest level, where my role extended well beyond traditional executive support. I was closely involved in the firm’s day-to-day operations, overseeing investor onboarding, contract and financial process management, and acting as a trusted point of coordination across external stakeholders.

One of the highlights of my career was leading large-scale Forums in Monaco for three consecutive years (2023-2025) - flagship gatherings of over 90 investors and global leaders. I had the unique opportunity to work closely with H.S.H. Prince Albert II’s office and to welcome inspirational speakers such as Malala Yousafzai and Nico Rosberg. These events demanded meticulous planning, trusted relationship management, and flawless execution, reflecting the standard I bring to everything I do. Outside of work, I continue to pursue this passion for events as a hobby by helping organise candlelit concerts across the UK.

At Moonfire, I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to support ambitious leaders and help drive operational excellence within a fast-moving, AI-driven environment, and to contribute to the delivery of Moonfire Pulse 2026.
