I believe that the best investments happen at the intersection of deep conviction and rigorous systems — and that the two are not opposites. My career has followed a full arc: from founding a company, to building products at some of the world's most complex institutions, to investing in the founders now doing both.
I started as a founder, which gave me firsthand experience of what it actually takes to build something from nothing. That foundation shaped everything that came after. I then moved into product, working on Aladdin at BlackRock — one of the world's most sophisticated portfolio and risk management platforms — and taking on product strategy roles at Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg. At Nivaura, leading Product, I led the delivery of capital markets infrastructure solutions to some of the largest financial institutions globally, working at the frontier of what technology could do for the industry. That combination of founder instinct and operator discipline is what eventually pulled me toward venture.
I made the move through Atomico and Connect Ventures before building 2100 Ventures. There, I backed companies like Swap, one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, alongside other 50 incredible teams. What those years reinforced is that the ability to back great founders early, and the discipline to build repeatable frameworks around that judgment, are not in tension — done right, they compound together.
At Moonfire, I focus on pre-seed and seed stage companies across AI, fintech, and data infrastructure — the categories where I have the deepest conviction and where I believe the most consequential European companies of the next decade will be built. Beyond investing, I contribute a product lens to Launchpad, Moonfire's cutting-edge internal platform, helping ensure the tools we build genuinely serve founders. The thing that drew me here above all else is the belief, embedded in the firm's DNA since inception, that the VC model itself can and should be rebuilt. I'm here to help do exactly that.
